Horror Pack Monthly Movie Subscription Box Review

We all know how difficult and expensive it can be to build a horror movie collection, but Horror Pack is here to make it a bit easier and bit less expensive. To start building your collection all you do is follow a link and check your mail, even a zombie could do it.

What is Horror Pack? It is a monthly movie subscription box that sends you your choice of DVDs or Blu-rays. That’s right, you get a choice. You don’t have to settle for the format that they want to send you. This makes Horror Pack even better. Most subscription companies only offer one or the other or they decide what they send you and no matter the format, you have to pay one ridiculous price. Horror Pack’s prices very depending on the format you choose. It is both fair and courteous.

So what is something so awesome going to cost? No matter the format you choose or the subscription length, Horror Pack is more than reasonable with their prices. Keep in mind, you get 4 movies (no matter which format you choose). DVDs are obviously a bit cheaper at $19.99/ month and Blu-rays run at $24.99/month. You get 4 movies per pack which is a pretty good deal and if you live in the US, shipping is free.Shipping is fast; I had my pack in less than a week after I had requested it.

Bad customer service can ruin a business, but you won’t have to worry about it here. The guys that run Horror Pack are fantastic. They are friendly and more than willing to answer any questions you may have.

The pack that I received was DVD as the Blu-ray pack for October was already sold out. I got:

  • The Exorcism of Emily Rose
  • The Barber (starring Malcolm McDowell)
  • The Orphanage
  • Pro Wrestlers vs Zombie (starring the late Roddy Piper)

Each movie comes with the shrink wrap on so you know that they are brand new. Buying movies online can be a gamble because you never know how they will be packed or handled; Horror Pack ships in a box wrapped in bubble wrap. There were zero signs of damage to the movies that I received.

I highly recommend Horror Pack to all of you. It doesn’t matter if you are a newbie just starting your collection or a seasoned horror nerd just looking for some non-mainstream titles to add to your already booming collection; this service is perfect.

If you are interested in trying Horror Pack, there is still time (17 days) to get their November pack; DVD and Blu-ray are both still available. Subscribe today at HorrorPack.com.
